よく知っているよ。

“Don’t I know it.” は「それを知らない」と言うふうに見えますが「知らないとでもおもっているのか」という意味で、「よく知っている」という時に使います。

A: This restructuring of the company is troubling.

B: Don’t I know it! My job is on the line.

A: このリストラは困ったものだよ。

B: よく知っているよ。僕なんて職が危ないものね
